Unable to Partial/Advance Filful, Blue Error Screen
BrightPearl can have errors when trying to use the Partial / Advanced Fulfil option (maybe some other filful options too) which causes the blue error screen to come up. This means something about one or more of the products is bad such as the vendor got deleted, a sku issue, a variant issue, etc. nonetheless I can not do anything to help in this situation. One solution from Natalie is "when the "BLANK" option is selected in the 2nd list of Vendor options, this error happens." If that doesn't fix it. Taevia or Natalie can sometimes figure these issues out when she has the time to dig around. However, if she can't help immediately it will be best to bypass our Woolery Help Desk and go straight to BrightPearl Support and submit a ticket. You will want to include the order number(s) causing the issues and select the ticket priority as Urgent. Below are screenshots showing how to get a BP Support ticket started. Again, there is nothing I can do with these errors other than submit a ticket to BrightPearl. I believe it will be best if everybody knows how to handle the situation in case I am not able to help out. Plus, it will ensure orders are getting processing in a timely way.
