BrightPearl Product Import

BrightPearl Import Instructions

Spreadsheets located on Dropbox > Products > Import Sheets

1. Products must be imported first.

2. The BrightPearl Product Import spreadsheet has one example product in Row 2. Please note that you only need to change details like the SKU, name, brand, vendor, price, etc. You can leave the data that does not change such as taxable item, manage stock, resell code, etc. Your spreadsheet must be saved as XLS format.

2a: The columns at the end of the spreadsheet labeled “PCF_” are data for Magento, if you do not know the details for these columns just left them blank.

3. Go to: Settings > Data / Import > Import Products > Product Import and option Import… (the fourth option down)

4. The first import is to test the data in your spreadsheet, see Screenshot #1 for the correct configuration of options.

5. Review results of import test, if everything is good then do the import again for real, see Screenshot #2

6. Check results if everything is good proceed to the Price List Import for the Vendor SKU for product cost.

7. Import Vendor SKUs

8. The BP-Price-List-Cost spreadsheet has five columns for Product ID, Product Name, Primary SKU, Vendor SKU, Price Breaks and Price.
